FAIRLEE, VT — A New Hampshire woman struck a deer on Interstate 91 South on Tuesday morning.
Nancy Leonard, 64, of Monroe, New Hampshire, was traveling south in her 2019 Acura RDX near mile marker 95.5 at approximately 8:04 a.m. when a deer entered the roadway.
Leonard was unable to avoid a collision with the deer.
No injuries were reported.
The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was towed from the scene by Bradford Auto Worx.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were assisted by members of Upper Valley Ambulance, Fairlee Fire Department and Fairlee Police Department.
