NEWBURY, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 91 South near mile marker 108 on Oct. 20 at 8:04 a.m.
Skye Mulligan, 45, of Burke, was traveling south when her 2021 Toyota Rav 4 hydroplaned and she lost control.
Mulligan’s vehicle left the east side of the road and rolled over, coming to rest back on its tires.
Mulligan was wearing a seat belt and reported no injuries.
The vehicle sustained damage to the passenger side.
Wells River Fire Department and Woodsville Ambulance responded to assist state troopers.
Precision Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
The road was wet with standing water and it was raining at the time of the crash.
