WHITE PLAINS, NY — A 31-year-old White Plains man was charged with third-degree robbery after forcibly stealing a cellular phone from a victim during a dispute on Battle Avenue on Oct. 12.
The subject was held for arraignment.
On Oct. 15, a 30-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with third-degree possession of a forged instrument after a routine traffic stop at Mamaroneck Avenue and Maple Avenue uncovered a fraudulent temporary registration.
The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
A 54-year-old White Plains man was charged with two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment on Oct. 15 after four of his dogs escaped from his property on Longview Avenue and injured a mother and daughter on the street.
The subject was released with a future court date.
A dangerous dog case was opened by Animal Control.
On Oct. 18, a 23-year-old White Plains man was charged with disorderly conduct at 166 Mamaroneck Avenue when he became aggressive and refused to comply with police commands to leave the area.
The subject was processed and released to the custody of the Westchester County Police on a warrant for criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police reported 27 total bookings between Oct. 12 and Oct. 18.
Other charges during this time period included 12 city ordinance violations, six vehicle and traffic law violations, two disorderly conduct charges, one menacing charge and two larceny charges.
