RIVERTON, NJ — Police have located a vehicle used in an eluding incident in Riverton, New Jersey, in September.
The Riverton Police Department announced the Ford Fusion was found in Philadelphia with a confirmed fictitious license plate.
Philadelphia Police towed the vehicle after it was located.
Investigators determined the vehicle was in Riverton at the time of the eluding incident and positively identified the owner and driver.
A juvenile from Philadelphia was charged with eluding and possession of a fraudulent document.
The juvenile was also issued several traffic summonses.
