BRIGHTON, NY — A 90-year-old man reported missing was found dead along an ATV trail on Oct. 18.
John D. Miller of Malone was located by two hunters who discovered a Subaru Forester matching the description of his vehicle while traveling along the trail.
New York State Police responded to the scene and conducted an area search, where they found Miller deceased.
No signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances were observed at the scene, according to the Malone Police Department.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine the official cause of death.
