LOCKPORT, NY — A Lockport man has been arrested following an investigation into shots fired at an occupied residence in April.
Angel Roman, 38, of Lockport, was arrested after an investigation revealed he fired six rounds into an occupied residence on Sweetwood Drive in the Town of Lockport, according to Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti.
Roman was charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C felony, criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony, and reckless endangerment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail pending centralized arraignment.
