SAUGERTIES, NY — A man was arrested following a dispute on Route 32 on Oct. 18.
Cory L. Marchesani, 44, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 8:50 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Marchesani was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, all misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and arraigned in CAP Court.
Marchesani was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
