DANBY, VT — A 20-year-old man was arrested on domestic assault charges after an incident on Danby Pawlet Road.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to the scene at approximately 12:53 p.m. Oct. 20 for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed that Luke Chila, 20, of Danby, had caused both harm and fear to household members, according to police.
Chila was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was charged with domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services.
Chila was released on conditions of release at the conclusion of processing.
