ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — A woman was arrested after police say she violated court-ordered conditions of release by consuming alcohol.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to Moose River Drive at approximately 10:02 p.m. Saturday for a report of an intoxicated woman who was refusing to leave a residence.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the woman as Kimberly McAlister, 56, of St. Johnsbury.
An investigation revealed McAlister had consumed alcohol in violation of her court-ordered conditions of release.
McAlister was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
She was released with a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Oct. 20 at 12:30 p.m.
