PLATTSBURGH, NY — A Peru man was arrested on a warrant alleging he violated the Family Court Act.
Christopher Munn Jr., 39, of Peru, was taken into custody at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 16.
The warrant was issued Oct. 6 by Clinton County Family Court.
Munn was arraigned by City of Plattsburgh Court and remanded to Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
He is scheduled to appear in Clinton County Family Court at a later date.
Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted by New York State Police and Plattsburgh City Police.
