AUSABLE, NY — A 20-year-old man was arrested early Friday after allegedly damaging property and obstructing police during a domestic dispute investigation.
Nathan F. Bourque, of Keeseville, was taken into custody at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 17 following a response by Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies to a residence in the Town of Ausable.
Deputies responded to the residence for a report of a possible domestic dispute.
Following an investigation at the scene, Bourque was arrested for criminal mischief in the fourth degree after he allegedly damaged property of another party.
During the investigation, Bourque allegedly obstructed police from performing official functions.
Bourque was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
He was issued appearance tickets for the charges.
Bourque is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ausable Court at a later date.
New York State Police assisted Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies on scene.
