ROSEBOOM, NY — A Cohoes man faces multiple charges following a property damage motor vehicle accident on Oct. 16.
Edson Marcellus, 36, of Cohoes, was arrested by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office after the crash in the Town of Roseboom.
Deputies determined Marcellus was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
Marcellus was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving on the shoulder and speed not reasonable and prudent.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
Marcellus is scheduled to appear in Roseboom Town Court at a later date.
