PROVIDENCE, RI — Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested two men on drug charges on Oct. 17 following a narcotics investigation.
Anthony Woodbury, 35, of Central Falls, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver 1 ounce to 1 kilogram and possession with intent to deliver Schedule I/II drugs.
Rodney Avalo, 33, of Woonsocket, was arrested on the same charges.
Both men were taken into custody without incident, processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace before being turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
In separate actions on Oct. 17, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Kevin Depina, 34, of Pawtucket, as a fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The arrest resulted from an investigation by the Department of Corrections Records and Identification Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit.
Depina was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
Anthony Goddard, 35, of Woonsocket, was charged with domestic violation of a no contact order following an investigation by the Special Investigations Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit.
Goddard was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
Cedric Dalomba, 29, of Providence, was charged with felony assault and simple assault.
Dalomba was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
Craig Washington, 23, of Woonsocket, was charged with domestic violence violation of a no contact order.
Washington was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kyle Lemay, 25, of Fort Myers, Florida, on a federal arrest warrant for trafficking dangerous drugs.
The arrest resulted from a joint investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Lemay was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Federal Courthouse.
Marissa Michaeles, 36, of Northborough, Massachusetts, was arrested on a federal arrest warrant for trafficking dangerous drugs.
Michaeles was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Federal Courthouse.
