Woman arrested on drug charge in Providence

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence woman was arrested on a drug charge following a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue.

Nathaly Wagner, 40, of Providence, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Oct. 16 and charged with possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance (crack cocaine) – less than 10 grams.

Wagner was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

In a separate incident, a Johnston man was arrested after turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.

Ferlandi Aguilar, 20, of Johnston, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 16 and charged with alteration of identification number and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation.

Aguilar was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.

In a third incident, a Cumberland woman was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a motor vehicle stop on Goff Avenue in Pawtucket.

Andrea Jodoin, 36, of Cumberland, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Oct. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of liquor – BAC .10 – .15 – first offense (Phase I: 0.126% & Phase II: 0.120%).

Jodoin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
