JAMESTOWN, NY — Two passengers were arrested after giving false identities to police during a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Hazeltine Avenue and Delaware Avenue at about 1:33 a.m. for a traffic infraction.
Two passengers in the vehicle provided false identities to officers because both had outstanding warrants, police said.
Todd A. Haskins and Christine J. Muoio were taken into custody without incident and transported to the city jail.
Haskins was also found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl, police said.
Both were charged with criminal impersonation in the second degree.
Haskins was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
