PROVIDENCE — A Cranston man was arrested on a reckless driving charge following a traffic stop on Oct. 15.
Jose Herpin, 28, of Cranston, was taken into custody at 3:35 p.m. on Ernest Street.
State Police said Herpin was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, second offense or subsequent.
Herpin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and presented as a probation violator by the justice of the peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
