MARYLAND, NY — A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following a motor vehicle accident on Oct. 12.
Anthony J. Desanto, 54, of Montrose, Pennsylvania, was arrested by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18% or more, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in blood, failure to keep right, moved from lane unsafely and operating without a seatbelt.
Deputies located Desanto at the accident scene and determined he was operating the vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
Desanto was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Maryland Court at a later date.
