SPRINGFIELD — A traffic stop on Clinton Street led to the arrest of a Claremont, New Hampshire, man accused of violating court-ordered conditions.
Roger Colby, 61, of Claremont, New Hampshire, was stopped by officers at approximately 12:25 p.m. Oct. 7 for a motor vehicle violation.
Police determined Colby had court conditions prohibiting him from operating a motor vehicle on a public highway.
Colby was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
He was cited to appear in Windham County Criminal Court on Dec. 2 to answer to a charge of violation of conditions of release.
