PUTNEY — Vermont State Police cited a man for violating his conditions of release following a traffic stop Sunday evening.
On Oct. 12, at approximately 4:59 p.m., Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on Putney Landing Road for a motor vehicle violation.
Subsequent investigation revealed that the operator, Charles Bolte, 52, of Vernon, had violated his conditions of release.
Bolte was issued a criminal citation to appear before the Windham County Superior Court on Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of violation of conditions of release.
