PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested three men from the same Providence address on multiple outstanding warrants Oct. 10.
Raymond Masse, 45, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the North Kingstown Police Department for shoplifting.
Masse was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to North Kingstown police.
Nicholas Demarco, 61, was arrested on three bench warrants.
The warrants included a Newport County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for determination of attorney on an original charge of shoplifting and grand theft, second offense.
Demarco also faced a Washington County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for determination of attorney on an original charge of shoplifting and grand theft, second offense, from the North Kingstown Police Department.
A third warrant from Third District Court was for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of driving with expired license from the North Providence Police Department.
Troy Johnson, 65, was arrested on a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of obtaining vehicles with felonious intent from the North Providence Police Department.
Both Demarco and Johnson were processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
Members of the Major Crimes Unit made the arrests with assistance from the Intelligence and Financial Crimes Units.
