HIGHGATE — Two men have been charged with grand larceny in connection with the theft of a lawnmower on School Street.
Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a theft report at approximately 7:43 a.m. Oct. 3.
The lawnmower belonged to Todd Bushey, 61, of Highgate.
Troopers located the lawnmower later that day and returned it to Bushey.
Following an investigation, police identified Stewart Arbuckle, 36, of Enosburg, and Tony Larock, 33, of Milton, as the individuals involved in the theft.
Both men were issued citations to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Nov. 17 at 8:30 a.m.
