PLATTSBURGH — A 28-year-old Rouses Point man was arrested Monday on a felony charge after allegedly damaging property at the Clinton County Government Center.
Robert W. Syman Jr. was taken into custody at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 13 following an investigation by Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies.
Syman is charged with third-degree criminal mischief involving property damage exceeding $250, a Class E felony.
Deputies arrested Syman after investigating a complaint regarding the alleged property damage at the government center.
Syman was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in City of Plattsburgh Court at a later date to face the allegations.
