WASHINGTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 34-year-old Corinth man on suspicion of driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash Friday evening.
Tyler Toffling was taken into custody at 5:21 p.m. after the crash on West Corinth Road.
Police said Toffling displayed signs of impairment while speaking with troopers at the scene.
He was transported to the Vermont State Police Berlin Barracks for processing.
Toffling was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on a second-offense DUI charge.
The crash occurred at 754 West Corinth Road.
