MACEDON — A 26-year-old Macedon man was arrested on charges of falsely reporting in the third degree and resisting arrest, according to the Macedon Police Department.
Dustin D. Proctor was taken into custody by Macedon police.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court at a later date.
The police department did not release additional details about the circumstances surrounding the arrest.
