GENEVA — Members of the City of Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau arrested Juston L. Crisp for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree: contact by forcible compulsion on Thursday at approximately 3:45 p.m.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on Sunday morning near the lakefront pier.
Juston L. Crisp was processed at the Geneva Police Department and then transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The defendant was released without bail and will reappear at the City of Geneva Criminal Court at a later date.
Crisp, 32, of Shortsville, New York, was charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a class D felony.
