Nashua man arrested on child sexual abuse image charges

NASHUA — Nashua Police arrested a 27-year-old city resident on felony charges related to child sexual abuse images on October 9, 2025.

Noah Hesse was arrested on a felony warrant for distribution of child sexual abuse images following an investigation by the Nashua Police Department Cybercrimes Against Children Unit.

The investigation began in July 2025 when New Hampshire State Police referred a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to Nashua Police. Detectives identified Hesse as the owner and user of the reported account and received several additional CyberTips related to him.

Investigators learned Hesse was on probation from a similar investigation and arrest in 2022.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for Hesse and his residence. With assistance from the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the warrants were executed and electronic devices were seized. A forensic examination of the devices revealed evidence supporting criminal charges.

Hesse was charged with three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images, all special felonies, and three counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, Class A felonies.

He was held without bail and transferred to the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending arraignment at 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on October 10, 2025, at 1 p.m.
