WATERTOWN — Police executed a search and seizure warrant at 427 Riverside Street in Oakville on Oct. 2 following a lengthy narcotics investigation.

The investigation was led by Detective Kevin Ferrucci.

Officers recovered crack cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia during the search.

Gary Lamoureux, 69, and Jessica Morris, 50, both of that address, were arrested for sale of narcotics.

David Fish, 46, of that address was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three posted $5,000 bonds and were issued court dates of Oct. 14 at Waterbury Superior Court.

Police said investigators were responding to several quality of life complaints in the neighborhood.

The same address was the subject of a search warrant in March during a prostitution investigation in which Lamoureux was charged with promoting prostitution.
