Horseheads police arrest 5 in weekend incidents

HORSEHEADS — Christopher S. Price, 45, of Elmira was arrested Oct. 6 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, for taking a vehicle without permission in the town of Horseheads.

Price was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.

Cory P. Long, 34, of Millport was arrested Oct. 6 on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of petit larceny, issued by Horseheads Town Court on July 31.

Long was arraigned by Horseheads Town Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of bail.

Stephanie D. Parker, 34, of Binghamton was arrested Oct. 7 for burglary in the 3rd degree, a Class D felony, and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, for stealing from Kohl’s in the town of Horseheads.

Parker was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.

Marshall J. Godbold, 47, of Horseheads was arrested Oct. 7 for criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a domestic incident in the town of Big Flats.

Godbold was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.

Scott L. Ameigh, 44, of Catlin was arrested Oct. 8 for criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, for being in possession of an illegal handgun during a domestic dispute in the town of Catlin.

Ameigh was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Catlin Town Court at a later date.
