FAIRFAX — A Philadelphia man was injured when his pickup truck left Interstate 89 southbound and crashed near mile marker 111.8 on Oct. 7 at approximately 9:50 p.m.
Tyree Canty, 47, was driving a 2005 Ford F-150 when the vehicle left the roadway and sustained front-end damage, according to Vermont State Police.
Canty was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and there was no airbag deployment, police said.
He was transported to Northwest Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.
The crash occurred during rainy conditions on wet roads.
Vermont State Police from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the scene.
Townline Towing, AmCare Ambulance and St. Albans Fire Department assisted at the scene.
