MIDDLESEX — A 32-year-old Clifton Springs woman was arrested on felony DWI charges after a traffic stop Saturday evening on State Route 245.
Christy L. Hubbell was charged with aggravated DWI with a child passenger under 16, a felony, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies conducted the traffic stop at 6:33 p.m. Saturday in the Town of Middlesex.
Sheriff’s officials said deputies observed signs of intoxication while speaking with Hubbell roadside.
Hubbell was administered standardized field sobriety tests before being taken into custody.
She was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and three counts of failure to keep right.
Hubbell was transported to the Yates County Jail where she was processed and held for arraignment.
