RANDOLPH — Vermont State Police troopers assisted by Randolph police arrested a 41-year-old Brookfield woman on an outstanding warrant Oct. 6.
Stephanie A. Blaise was located at a residence on School Street in Randolph Village at approximately 7:05 p.m.
Police said Blaise had an active in-state warrant for domestic assault after failing to appear in court.
Blaise was taken into custody and released with a criminal citation to appear in court.
The arrest was made by troopers from the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks.
