LANCASTER — Two passengers were arrested on outstanding warrants during a traffic stop conducted by Officer Komisarek on Oct. 6.
James Lapre, 51, of Bethlehem, N.H., was identified as having a bench warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court.
Emily Savage, 35, of Dalton, N.H., had an extraditable warrant out of Essex County, Vermont for felony grand larceny and probation violation.
Both Lapre and Savage were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lancaster Police Department.
Lapre was unable to pay his $145 cash bail and was transported to the Coos County House of Corrections pending a hearing.
Savage was charged as a fugitive from justice and held without bail at the Grafton County House of Corrections pending a hearing on her extradition back to Vermont to face her charges there.
