WALTON — A 37-year-old woman was arrested Sept. 28 on a bench warrant after failing to appear for her initial arraignment.
Leanne M. Woolard was taken into custody by Walton police officers in the afternoon and later turned over to Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies.
The bench warrant was issued by the Village of Walton Court after Woolard failed to appear at her arraignment on an appearance ticket for criminal trespass in the second degree.
Woolard was processed at the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office and then transferred to the Delaware County Jail to await the Central Arraignment Process.
