HIGHLAND — The Town of Lloyd Police arrested three people on various charges between Sept. 29 and Oct. 5.
Erin Phillips, 43, of Highland, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated after the vehicle she was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Route 299 in Highland.
Phillips was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court Oct. 16.
Takara Prendergast, 29, of Highland, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and petit larceny after she was involved in a domestic dispute.
Prendergast was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court Oct. 9.
Michael A. McNair, 32, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Oct. 5 on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and menacing in the second degree.
He was transported to Ulster County Jail and awaits arraignment in Ulster County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
