BALLSTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 61-year-old man on drunken driving charges following a motor vehicle crash Saturday at 4:41 p.m. on Outlet Road.
Henry J. Owen of Ballston Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and unsafe backing.
Owen is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.11%.
Investigators said Owen was backing his vehicle from a trail in an effort to reach the main road when it began sliding down an embankment.
Owen was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Ballston Town Court.
