CHELSEA — Vermont State Police troopers arrested a 34-year-old Barre man on outstanding warrants Saturday evening.
Wyatt Cody was located at a residence on East Randolph Road at approximately 5:30 p.m. Oct. 4.
Cody had two active in-state warrants for his arrest for misdemeanor DUI drug and felony aggravated vehicle operation without owner’s consent.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks for processing.
Cody was then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility, where he was held on $2,500 bail.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on Oct. 6 at 12:30 p.m.
