MALTA — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 47-year-old Malta man Wednesday on charges of criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony.
Dominick S. Neglia is accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to Saratoga Hospital in an amount exceeding $250 on Sept. 25.
He allegedly kicked a hospital bed with both feet, breaking it into pieces.
Neglia is scheduled to be arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court.
He was returned to the Saratoga County Jail where he is being held on separate charges.
