BOSTON — The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals in connection with a breaking and entering and bicycle theft in Roxbury.
At about 9:50 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, officers assigned to District B-2 took a report from a victim regarding the theft of two bicycles from an apartment building located at 53 Adams Street.
The investigation revealed that at approximately 4:00 a.m., two suspects used bolt cutters to break a window next to the entrance door, gaining access to the building.
Once inside, the suspects used the cutters to remove the locks and steal two bicycles.
Surveillance footage shows the suspects arriving from Eustis Street, fleeing down Adams Street, and turning back onto Eustis Street.
Police describe the first suspect as a Black or Black Hispanic male with a beard and hair in pigtails, wearing all dark clothing.
The second suspect is described as a male with a beard, wearing a black hat, brown jacket, gray sweatpants, and black Adidas sneakers.
