BOLIVAR — Village of Bolivar Police charged two people with third-degree assault on Oct. 2.
Amanda N. Allman, 38, of Bolivar, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Allman was issued appearance tickets for Village Court.
Police also charged a 16-year-old with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket to Family Court.
