WASHINGTON — Vermont State Police cited a 22-year-old Washington man for disorderly conduct by electronic communication after he repeatedly called dispatch without legitimate emergencies on Oct. 1 and Oct. 2.
David Henault made numerous calls to State Police dispatch despite having no actual emergency or need for police assistance, according to authorities.
Henault had previously been instructed not to call unless there was an actual emergency.
Troopers responded and issued Henault a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Oct. 6 at 12:30 p.m.
