WARE — The Northwestern Anti-Crime Task Force and Ware Police Department arrested a local man Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Wayne Burston, 42, was taken into custody following an investigation that led to a search warrant for his residence.
Burston was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, cocaine, as a subsequent offense.
He was brought to Eastern Hampshire District Court for arraignment on the charge.
