SPRINGFIELD — A 35-year-old Springfield woman was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and petit larceny.
Chelsea Perry was charged in connection with an incident reported to Springfield Police on Aug. 17.
Police said Perry allegedly stole a credit card from a victim’s wallet and used it to purchase cigarettes at a local retail establishment.
Perry was apprehended two days later for this incident as well as others, according to police.
She was cited to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on Oct. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
