SPENCER — A 29-year-old Spencer woman was arrested Thursday on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct following a domestic incident investigation.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office took Shyann Hills into custody at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 25.
Hills was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation.
The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Candor.
Investigators determined Hills intentionally violated conditions of a modified, full stay away order of protection.
Hills was arraigned before Justice Roy at the Centralized Arraignment Part.
She was released on her own recognizance.
Hills is scheduled to appear in Candor Town Court before Justice Townsend on Oct. 6.
