Owego police report 4 arrests, 154 calls for service

OWEGO — The Owego Police Department responded to 154 calls for service during the week of Sept. 22 through Sept. 28.

Police made four arrests and issued one traffic ticket during the period.

Officers also investigated one motor vehicle accident.

Kelly A. Woods, 37, of Owego, was arrested for petit larceny following an investigation of shoplifting at Family Dollar on West Main Street.

Woods was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Owego Court.

Regan D. Tapia, 23, of Owego, was arrested for petit larceny following an investigation of shoplifting at Family Dollar on West Main Street.

Tapia was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Owego Court.

A 17-year-old Owego resident was arrested for criminal mischief in the second degree following an investigation of damage to a vehicle at 140 Belva Lockwood Lane.

The juvenile was arraigned at Tioga County Court and the case was transferred to Tioga County Family Court.

Daniel E. Webb, 40, of Owego, was arrested for menacing in the second degree following an investigation of a domestic incident on East Temple Street.

Webb was arraigned at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
