KINGSTON — The Kingston Police Department announced that the individual captured on a Ring camera in a suspicious person case on Derby Lane has been positively identified.
A warrant has been issued for the person’s arrest, and two Class A misdemeanor charges are currently pending.
The matter remains under active investigation, and additional charges may be forthcoming.
Police said they will update the public with additional details once the suspect is in custody.
The department thanked residents who shared information that assisted in the case.
