ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested a 65-year-old Springville woman on drug charges following a traffic stop Sept. 27.
Angela C. Kincaid was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
She also faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.
Kincaid was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, a felony.
She received a traffic violation in connection with the stop.
Kincaid was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court.
She was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail with no bail.
