Sheldon man arrested on DUI #2 charge in Enosburg

ENOSBURG — A 32-year-old Sheldon man was arrested on a second-offense driving under the influence charge following a traffic stop Sept. 29.

Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks conducted the traffic stop at approximately 9:44 p.m. on Pleasant Street near Route 105 after observing a motor vehicle violation.

Troopers identified the operator as Tobby Marrier and observed signs of impairment during their interaction with him.

Following an investigation, Marrier was arrested and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.

Marrier was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Oct. 20 at 8:30 a.m.
