WHITINGHAM — Vermont State Police arrested a 48-year-old man Sunday morning following a disturbance involving the discharge of a firearm on School Street.
Aaron Senecal of Whitingham was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal threatening after the incident reported at approximately 8:11 a.m. Sept. 29.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
The victims were identified as Nicholas Boisvert, 45, of Readsboro, and Hannah Boisvert, 19, of Readsboro.
Troopers from Vermont State Police and officers from Vermont Department of Motor Vehicle Police responded to the scene and conducted an investigation.
Senecal was transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m.
