JOHNSTON — Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested a 31-year-old Johnston man on drug charges Sept. 26.
Cristian Dure of 6 Frances Avenue was charged with possession with the intent to deliver one ounce to one kilogram of a Schedule II controlled substance – fentanyl.
He also faces charges of possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance – fentanyl and possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance – crack cocaine.
Dure was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and then to Third District Court for arraignment.
