EDMESTON — A 29-year-old Hartwick man was arrested on criminal mischief charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Edmeston on Sept. 15.
Robert Lester was charged with third-degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property valued at more than $250, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
An investigation stemming from a prior complaint revealed that Lester intentionally damaged another person’s property by smashing a window of the victim’s vehicle, deputies said.
Lester was processed and released with an appearance ticket to appear in Edmeston Town Court at a later date.
